Power Distribution: The wall-mounted lighting distribution box divides the main incoming current into multiple branch currents, supplying power to different areas.

Circuit Protection: The distribution box is equipped with miniature circuit breakers. It automatically trips in the event of a short circuit or overload, preventing fire and equipment damage.

Leakage Protection: Equipped with a leakage current device (RCD), it instantly cuts off the power supply upon detecting electric shock or leakage, ensuring personal safety.

Configuration Features: 6–12 circuits, including independent lighting circuits for the living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom;

All circuits are equipped with 30mA residual current circuit breakers as standard, complying with the "Residential Design Code"; Surge protectors are commonly included to protect LED lights from lightning strikes.

Box Selection:

Indoor dry areas → Metal powder-coated box, IP30, white/beige;

Balconies, basements → Metal powder-coated box, IP44, moisture-proof.

2. Office Buildings and Commercial Buildings

Core Requirements: Zonal control, energy-saving management, and ease of future renovation.

Application Locations: Distribution rooms or low-voltage shafts on each floor; partition walls and columns in open office areas.

Configuration Features: 12–18 circuits, divided by area; Public area lighting can be integrated into intelligent lighting systems; Separate residual current circuits are provided for damp areas such as restrooms and tea rooms.

Box Selection:

Standard Floor → Cold-rolled steel plate powder-coated box (RAL7035, IP40);

Underground Parking Lot → IP54 stainless steel box with time controller.

Application Locations: Distribution shafts on each floor; Back walls of shops; Dedicated boxes for accent lighting in atriums/shop windows.

Emergency lighting and evacuation indicator lights should have independent circuits + battery backup;

General lighting and emergency lighting must not be mixed on the same circuit.

Enclosure Selection:

Classrooms, wards → White plastic enclosure, quiet, no metallic clanging noise;

Underground garages/pump rooms → IP54 metal enclosure.

We provide the necessary certification documents and test reports, as well as complete technical documentation, including installation manuals, wiring diagrams, component lists, maintenance guides, and cabinet drawings (DWG/PDF format).

When products leave the factory, we use export-standard packaging. The cabinet is first wrapped in EPE pearl cotton, then placed in a moisture-proof plastic bag, and finally packed into a fumigated wooden crate (compliant with ISPM 15 standards). The inside of the wooden crate is filled with foam for fixation, and the outside is reinforced with steel straps. Core components are individually packaged with anti-static materials to ensure no collision or moisture damage during transportation.
