Initial Establishment Phase (2015-2019)
We started in the manufacturing of electrical components, leveraging the mature industrial support resources of Yueqing, focusing on the precision manufacturing of distribution box and cabinet housings. From the outset, we established the philosophy of "quality as the foundation," strictly controlling every step from raw material selection to production process management. With stable product quality, we gained a foothold in the local market, accumulating our first core customers and valuable manufacturing experience.
Growth and Upgrade Period (2020-2022)
With the upgrading of market demand, Shangming expanded its business scope accordingly, venturing into the production of high and low voltage complete sets of electrical equipment. Investment was made to introduce advanced production equipment such as CNC punching machines and laser cutting machines, and a standardized production workshop was built, realizing the transformation from parts processing to complete equipment manufacturing.
Simultaneously, we established a comprehensive quality inspection system, passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, and our products gradually covered multiple provinces and cities in China, becoming a highly influential electrical equipment supplier in the region.
Innovation and Expansion Phase (2023-Present)
We closely follow the industry's trends towards intelligent and green development, assembling a professional R&D team to focus on intelligent power distribution technology innovation. We are upgrading our products to "IoT + electrical equipment," achieving breakthroughs in remote monitoring, intelligent operation and maintenance, and other functions.
With a registered capital of RMB 515,306,120, AIM Persistence covers an area of 41263㎡ and employs 254 people, with technicians accounting for above 70% of its staff. It owns domestic first-class research & test instrument and production equipment and facilities. Since its establishment, AIM Persistence has received generous support from the Ningbo government as a recognized high and new technology enterprise significantly supported and prioritized by Ningbo. The Company has established extensive collaboration with domestic and foreign scientific research institutes and universities on projects and technology development.
