+We mainly offer four materials for our enclosures, each with a clear application focus:
Cold-rolled steel sheet (SPCC): Thickness 1.2-2.0mm, high cost-performance ratio, suitable for dry indoor environments (such as factory workshops and commercial buildings), surface treatment: electrostatic spraying (corrosion resistance ≥800 hours salt spray test).
Stainless steel (201/304/316): Thickness 1.2-2.5mm, corrosion resistant, protection rating IP65/IP66, suitable for outdoor, coastal, or chemical environments (such as marine engineering and chemical plants). 316 stainless steel has stronger corrosion resistance than 304.
What protection ratings (IP) do the distribution box enclosures support? What are the common configurations?
+Protection ratings range from IP30 to IP66. Common configurations for different scenarios are as follows:
Indoor Standard Type: IP30/IP40 (dustproof, not waterproof), suitable for control rooms and electrical shafts.
Indoor Moisture-Proof Type: IP54 (dustproof + splashproof), suitable for workshops with high humidity.
Outdoor/Harsh Environment Type: IP65/IP66 (dustproof + water jetproof), suitable for outdoor power distribution and coastal areas.
We can customize special IP ratings according to drawings.
What are the installation methods for the housing? What sizes are supported for customization?
+Installation methods: Supports three mainstream methods: wall-mounted, floor-standing, and recessed. Adjustments can be made according to on-site installation requirements.
Size customization: Standard sizes (length × width × height) range from 300×200×150mm to 2200×800×600mm. Sizes exceeding this range can be customized based on customer 2D/3D drawings, with no maximum size limit (subject to material strength design considerations).

+Yes, customization is our core advantage. We support the following customization options:
Basic Customization: Dimensions (Length/Width/Height), Material (Cold-rolled steel/Stainless steel), Protection Rating (IP30-IP66), Color (Default gray, RAL color code available).
Structural Customization: Number of Doors (Single/Double), Observation Window (Tempered glass/Acrylic), Reserved Interfaces (Number/Size of Cable Inlet Holes), Mounting Brackets, Lock Type (Standard Lock/Rainproof Lock/Combination Lock).
Process: Customer provides drawings or technical requirements → Engineering team reviews feasibility within 1-2 business days → Quotation and sample confirmation (if required) → Mass production.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and lead time for customized housings?

Customization Lead Time:
Samples (1-2 units): 7-10 business days (for urgent orders, lead time can be discussed in advance);
Small batch (50-300 units): 10-15 business days;
Large batch (≥300 units): 15-20 business days (urgent orders can be shortened to 10-15 business days).
Is there a minimum order quantity for standard housings?

What are the packaging methods for the outer casing? How can we ensure no damage during transportation?
+Standard products use corrugated cardboard boxes. We can also provide the following packaging methods according to customer requirements:
1. EPE pearl cotton (shockproof).
2. Fumigated wooden crates (compliant with ISPM 15 standards).
After multiple long-distance transportation tests (Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, etc.), the breakage rate is less than 0.5%.
Which trade terms are supported? Which ports are used for shipping?
+We support FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, DAP, DDP, and other trade terms. The default shipping ports are Ningbo Port and Shanghai Port (close to our Wenzhou Yueqing factory, making logistics convenient). Other ports can be adjusted according to customer requirements.

Can you provide the technical documentation for the casing?

Can you provide technical support if I encounter problems during installation?
+Yes. We offer free remote technical guidance during working hours (video call, WeChat, email), with a response time of ≤4 hours.
If on-site guidance is required, we can dispatch an engineer (service fee and travel expenses are borne by the customer).

What payment methods are accepted?
+We support wire transfer (T/T): 30% prepayment, 70% balance before shipment.
Can you provide samples before mass production? What is the sample fee?
+Yes. The standard sample fee is 1.5 times the bulk price. Customized sample fees are calculated based on the complexity of the drawings (including design fees + material fees + processing fees).
If subsequent bulk orders are ≥ MOQ, the sample fee can be fully deducted.
Sample delivery time is 5-7 working days.
How can I track my order after placing it?
+You will be assigned a dedicated account manager. After order confirmation, a production schedule will be provided. Progress photos/videos will be sent every 3-5 business days during production. The tracking number will be provided before shipment. We offer 24-hour support for inquiries.
After-Sales Service and Warranty
What is the warranty period for the casing? What does the warranty cover?
+The warranty period is 2 years (standard products). The warranty covers material defects and manufacturing process issues (such as electrostatic spray coating peeling and casing deformation).
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or natural disasters is not covered by the warranty.
How are after-sales issues handled?
+Customer reports the problem (providing photos/videos and order number) → Technical team responds within 4 hours → Remote diagnosis and resolution (e.g., free replacement of parts) → If the problem cannot be resolved, a return, repair, or replacement will be arranged (warranty costs will be borne by us).

Medium voltage switchgear assemblies (10kV/24kV): Rated voltage AC 10kV/24kV, rated current 630A-2500A, suitable for power transmission and distribution in industrial parks and power plants (compliant with IEC 62271-200 standard).
Customized products with special voltages/currents such as 6kV and 35kV are available.
Is the complete electrical system compatible with international brand components such as Siemens, ABB, and Schneider Electric?

What protection functions does the complete electrical system provide? Does it support intelligent monitoring?
+Basic protection functions: overload, short circuit, leakage current, overvoltage, and undervoltage protection.
Optional intelligent monitoring module: supports real-time monitoring of voltage, current, power, temperature, and humidity; fault alarms; remote control (4G/WiFi/LoRa communication); and can be integrated with the customer's existing monitoring system.

Can you customize high and low voltage complete electrical systems according to project requirements? What customization options are supported?

Electrical parameter customization: rated voltage, current, short-circuit breaking current, protection level (IP30-IP65).
Internal configuration customization: component brand selection, wiring scheme, protection function combination, intelligent monitoring module installation.

Delivery and Logistics
What is the packaging method for complete electrical systems? How is safe transportation ensured?
+Export standard packaging is used: the container is first wrapped with EPE foam, then placed in a moisture-proof plastic bag, and finally packed into a fumigated wooden crate (compliant with ISPM 15 standards). The inside of the crate is filled with foam for fixation, and the outside is reinforced with steel straps.
Core components (such as circuit breakers) are individually packaged with anti-static material to ensure no collision or moisture damage during transportation.
Which trade terms are supported? Which ports are supported for shipping?
+We support FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, DAP, DDP, and other trade terms. The default ports of shipment are Ningbo and Shanghai, but other ports can be adjusted according to customer requirements.

+Yes. Each order comes with complete technical documentation, including an installation manual, wiring diagrams, a parts list, a maintenance guide, and cabinet drawings (DWG/PDF format) to facilitate on-site installation and commissioning.
Can you provide on-site installation and commissioning services?
+We support two methods:
Remote Support: Free online guidance (video call, WeChat, email), response time ≤ 4 hours during working hours.
On-site Support: For large projects of ≥ 50 units, we can dispatch engineers to the site for installation and commissioning (service fees and travel expenses are borne by the customer). Our engineers have overseas project service experience (covering Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, etc.).
What are the technical parameters of the intelligent monitoring module?

+The warranty period is 1 year (customized products) and 2 years (standard products). The warranty covers cabinet material defects, component failures (under normal use), and manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications is not covered by the warranty.
What happens if a problem occurs after sales?
+Customer reports the problem (providing photos/videos of the malfunction and order number) → Technical team responds within 4 hours → Remote diagnostics (free guidance on adjusting parameters or replacing small components; free replacement parts shipped within the warranty period) → If the problem cannot be resolved, an engineer will be arranged for on-site handling or the product will be returned for repair/replacement (costs within the warranty period will be borne by us); in emergencies, replacement products can be provided first to minimize customer losses.
