Product Features

1. Integrated Structure

Unlike modular cabinets, the ES stainless steel floor-standing control cabinet utilizes a five-sided integrated welding process. The side panels, top panel, and bottom panel are continuously welded together to form a sturdy steel box capable of withstanding physical impacts and static loads from heavy components.

Furthermore, the meticulous welding process at Shangming factory reduces seams, preventing dust and moisture infiltration.

2. Corrosion Resistance

Depending on your specific needs, the ES cabinet offers a choice of materials, with high-quality SUS304 stainless steel as standard, suitable for environments with strong acids, alkalis, or high salt spray.

The surface treatment is a fine brushed finish, providing a premium look and preventing dirt accumulation.

3. High Protection Rating

The product boasts an IP55 protection rating. The inner door panel uses CNC automatic dispensing technology, and the polyurethane sealing strip fits tightly to the cabinet edges, maintaining elasticity even after prolonged opening and closing, ensuring effective long-term sealing.

Selection Recommendations

If your current project has the following characteristics, Shangming recommends choosing the PS modular cabinet:

Expansion Required: The project may require additional cabinets in the future, allowing for system expansion through cabinet merging.

Complex Installation: The cabinet requires the installation of numerous PLCs, frequency converters, and cable trays, necessitating comprehensive layout using 25mm holes.

High Current System: Requires the installation of a heavy-duty copper busbar system spanning multiple cabinets.

If the above conditions are not met, but the following requirements are met, you can choose the ES stainless steel cabinet:

Independent Single-Unit Control: The equipment operates independently and does not need to be merged with other cabinets.

Harsh Environments or High Hygiene Requirements: Installed in food processing workshops requiring high-pressure water washing, or chemical plants filled with acid and alkali corrosion.

High Sealing Requirements: High requirements for dust and water resistance.

Focus on Cost-Effectiveness: When merging cabinets is not required, ES cabinets are generally simpler in structure and more cost-effective than PS cabinets of the same material.
