The ES Five-Fold Profile Power Distribution Cabinet's main load-bearing frame undergoes five precise bends, forming a five-fold profile skeleton. This multi-bending design not only enhances the longitudinal load-bearing capacity of the steel plate but also creates a natural water-stop groove structure, effectively preventing liquid seepage.

The top, bottom, and side panels of the cabinet are typically welded as a single unit, resulting in greater stability and torsional resistance compared to bolted assembly. The profiles feature standard 25mm spacing holes for standardized installation of internal electrical components.
