Q: What is a nine-fold profile? How is it better than a regular profile?

A: A nine-fold profile is made by precisely bending a single steel plate nine times into the cabinet frame.

Compared to four-fold or five-fold profiles, the nine-fold structure provides significantly stronger bending and torsional resistance, with a single cabinet capable of withstanding a static load of 800kg-1000kg. The profile is covered with mounting holes spaced 25mm apart, allowing for the installation of various accessories without on-site drilling.


Q: Can PS cabinets be combined indefinitely? How is sealing guaranteed?

A: Yes. PS cabinets can be horizontally combined by removing side panels and using specialized combining connectors.

To ensure the protection rating, a dedicated combining sealing strip must be used at the frame joints when combining cabinets to ensure that the protection rating remains at IP55 after combining.


Q: Why is your PS cabinet's protection rating IP55 instead of IP66?

A: Because the PS cabinet has a modular assembly structure, both the side and top panels are removable, resulting in more seams.

IP55 is sufficient to withstand dust and water spray from any direction, adequate for 95% of industrial environments.
