1. Chemical Protection

The chromium contained in the stainless steel surface spontaneously forms a dense, chromium-rich oxide film. Even if the casing is physically scratched, this film can quickly self-repair in the air, preventing oxygen atoms from penetrating and corroding.


2. Multi-layer Coating Process

3. Condensation Prevention

4. Environmental Regulation and Dynamic Control

You can use active or passive devices to keep the cabinet interior in a non-corrosive environment. A temperature-controlled heater can be selected; when the ambient humidity exceeds 75% or the temperature drops suddenly, the heater activates, raising the internal air temperature to ensure the dew point temperature is always higher than the surface temperature, preventing condensation.

The balancing valve can automatically adjust the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the cabinet to prevent external moisture from being drawn into the sealing strip due to the suction effect caused by temperature difference.

Maintenance Precautions

I. Daily Operation Inspection

Monthly operation inspections should be conducted, observing the appearance and coating condition. Check the cabinet surface for blistering, cracks, paint peeling, or rust spots, paying particular attention to easily corroded areas such as door edges, welds, and bolt holes.

If coating damage is found, it should be repaired promptly.


After inspecting the cabinet, also check the door frame sealing strips for aging, hardening, or detachment. Ensure there are no noticeable gaps when the door is closed, and that door locks and hinges open and close smoothly without jamming.


II. Regular Maintenance
