Structural Features

Material: JXF low-voltage integrated distribution boxes are made of cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic powder coating, providing strong corrosion resistance and weather resistance.

Protection Rating: IP40; IP54 can be customized to meet your project requirements. For high protection, the box edges are equipped with sealing strips, offering excellent dust and water resistance.

Installation Method: We support flexible installation options, determined based on your needs. Wall-mounted, recessed, or floor-mounted installations are supported.

Internal Layout: The distribution box features a movable mounting plate, allowing components to be freely arranged according to the circuit diagram.

What Are the Applications of JXF Low-Voltage Integrated Distribution Boxes?

JXF low-voltage integrated distribution boxes are used for low-voltage terminal and branch circuit power distribution, accommodating lighting, power, equipment control, and outdoor power needs.

1. Terminal Power Distribution

The most common basic application of JXF is to draw power from the main distribution cabinet and distribute it to specific areas or equipment.

Related Scenarios:

Floor Distribution: In office buildings or residential buildings, it serves as a power transfer station for each floor.

Workshop Power: Responsible for providing power to a specific machine in an industrial site.

Temporary Power: In construction sites or exhibition venues, it serves as a reliable temporary power access point.

2. Motor Control and Starting

Due to the deep internal space and flexible layout of JXF boxes, they are ideal for accommodating contactors and thermal relays.

Related Scenarios:

Water Pump Control: Commonly used for automatic/manual switching control of fire pumps and sewage pumps.

Fan Starting: Control of ventilation systems in industrial plants or underground parking garages.

Soft Starter/Variable Frequency Drive Combination: Built-in small soft starter or variable frequency drive enables smooth motor start-stop and speed regulation.

3. Lighting and Landscape Control

Outdoor Streetlight Control: Works with time switches or photosensitive sensors to automatically time the switching of streetlights on city roads or in industrial parks.

Landscape Lighting: Manages and protects the power supply for building exterior lighting and fountain systems.

Emergency Lighting: In emergency situations such as fires, the emergency lights are forcibly activated by the fire protection system.

4. Fire Protection and Disaster Prevention Linkage

Smoke Exhaust Fan Box: Receives fire alarm signals and forcibly activates the smoke exhaust fan.

Fire Hydrant Monitoring: Monitors the water pressure or status of the fire protection system and provides real-time feedback.

5. Integrated Control and Low-Voltage System Integration

PLC/Control Box: Internally houses a programmable logic controller for logic control of industrial automated production lines.

Communication Convergence: Although the JXF is a high-voltage box, it is also commonly used to install transmitters and data acquisition modules for various sensors, achieving integrated digital control.

Common Faults and Solutions

Fault phenomenon

Possible reasons

Solution

Main switch tripped and cannot be reset

- Short circuit or overload in outgoing line

- Residual current protection tripped

- Mechanical failure of switch

①Disconnect each outgoing line one by one to troubleshoot the faulty circuit;

②Press the "Reset" button and try to close the circuit;

③If the circuit still cannot be closed, replace the main switch.

One outgoing line has no power

- The miniature circuit breaker tripped on this route.

- Loose or burnt wiring.

- Short circuit on the user side.

①Check if the corresponding MCB has tripped; resetting it will resolve the issue.

②After power is off, check if the wiring terminals are oxidized or loose.

③Contact the user to troubleshoot the internal wiring.

Frequent tripping of leakage current protection

- Aging of line insulation

- Excessive leakage current from multiple devices

- Fault in the residual current device (RCD) itself

①Measure the insulation resistance of each circuit using a megohmmeter (it should be >0.5MΩ);

②Power on in batches to identify equipment with high leakage current;

③Replace the residual current device (RCD) (Type A or Type B is recommended).

Reactive power compensation not working

- Controller not powered on

- Capacitor damaged

- Abnormal voltage

①Check the controller power supply and sampling current transformer (CT);

②Measure the capacitance value with a multimeter (if the deviation is >10%, it needs to be replaced);

③Wait for the voltage to return to normal before automatic switching.

Abnormal electricity meter readings

- CT polarity reversed

- Metering wiring error

- Meter malfunction

①Verify the CT terminal with the same name (P1 facing the busbar);

②Rewire according to metering specifications;

③Contact the power supply bureau to verify or replace the meter.

Condensation/rust inside the enclosure

- Aging of the sealing strip

- Lack of a breather valve or heater

- Long-term high humidity environment

①Replace the door sealing strip;

②Install a smart dehumidifier or heating plate;

③Clean up any accumulated water and apply anti-rust paint.
